Christine Whitman serves as Chairman, CEO, and President of Complemar Partners, Inc. Previously, she served as Chairman, CEO and President of CVC, Inc., a worldwide supplier of thin film process equipment used in the manufacture of magnetic recording heads for disk drives, advanced semiconductor devices and optical components. During this period, she grew company revenue significantly, led a successful IPO and completed the sale of the company to Veeco Instruments.She also serves as Chairman of the Board of Soleo Communications, Inc. and serves on the boards of Voiceport, LLC and OneStream Networks.She is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Rochester Institute of Technology, serves on the Board the George Eastman House, and serves as a member of the Board of High Technology of Rochester. In addition, she serves on the NYS Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council, and is a founder of the Greater Rochester Enterprise and the Rochester Angel Network. Ms. Whitman is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Phil Chapados, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for product development, Information Architeture and Information Technology at Complemar. Prior to joining Complemar, Phil acted as architect and designer of a variety of hardware and software system through his consulting company, Agile Systems. He served as Control Systems Engineering Director at CVC, acquired by Veeco Instruments, from 1994-2003. Prior to that he served as a member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments.Phil received his PhD & Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Jason Aymerich joined Complemar in August of 2012 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to President of Software & Print Solutions in July of 2013. His responsibilities include developing and executing the sales plan, increasing market share, and improving profitability while creating true partnerships between Complemar and its customers.Jason was previously the Vice President of Sales at Diamond Packaging, where he sold more than $100MM in products and services. He holds a BS in Packaging from RIT, and an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Jason also sits on the board of Quantum Loop Solutions,and the Program Advisory Committee of the Healthy Sisters Project which is part of the Catholic Family Center.
Roy LaRue, Director Of Operations, Complemar Print, joined Complemar Print in February 2013. He is responsible for all operations of the print division. His background includes all aspects of the trade from digital and sheet-fed, to web printing and bindery operations. Roy is also responsible for mailing, perfect binding and Electronic Prepress. Having over 30 years in the trade has allowed him to find the right solution in producing a customer’s project “faster, cheaper and better”.
Brian Barvian joined Complemar in December of 2014 as the Vice-President of Quality. Brian’s primary responsibilities include managing and improving our Quality management systems and certifications (ISO, cGMP, HIPAA), driving our internal and external audit teams, being responsible for customer facing Quality, and leading Quality improvement teams throughout all of the Complemar locations.Prior to joining Complemar, Brian served as a Quality Leader and a Lean Six-Sigma Black-Belt at General Electric Corporation. Prior to his roles at GE, he gained invaluable experience throughout Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain at Harris RF Communications and Life Technologies. Throughout his career, Brian has been known for having the ability to lead improvement teams, using Lean and Six-Sigma methods, to large-scale change. Brian holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo. In addition, Brian has earned an M.B.A. from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Mary Beth Artuso joined Complemar in April of 2014 serving as the Director of Human Resources. She has 20+ years of human resources experience, most recently with Mersen Company (formerly Eldre Corp.) where she was part of the local leadership team, and Maynards Electric of Rochester, NY. Mary Beth has experience with manufacturing operations coordinating multiple locations within the US in human resources, training, payroll processing and quality. With it’s continued growth and increasing staff size and needs, Complemar is continually developing a more robust Human Resources department with greater depth and proficiency. Mary Beth was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources in November of 2015.
Christo Nikoloff brings to Complemar a record of exceptional leadership and growth in the logistics marketplace. He has successfully combined the goals of marketing and sales to create dynamic teams delivering market presence, brand awareness, and sales growth. He most recently created a sales and marketing team as the Vice President of Business Development for Kable Fulfillment, a co-packing, fulfillment, and logistics company supporting various retail and ecommerce markets. In his prior Vice President and Sr. Director positions at Ingram Micro Logistics, Aero, and the Jay Group he developed and led multi-faceted teams that developed and delivered logistical solutions to Fortune 500 concerns. Prior to his logistics experiences he was an operational and product development executive with a Fortune 250 electronics company which became Tyco Electronics.
Tim Leverett joined Complemar in January of 2014 as Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy. Tim’s responsibilities include oversight and implementation of all marketing efforts for Complemar, which include all Advertising, Public Relations, Social Media, Direct Marketing & Promotions, Internal Brand & Culture, and Creative efforts. He also directed the rollout of a new company brand and brand strategy in early 2014 and continues as brand steward of the company’s brand and branding efforts moving forward. Lastly, Tim oversees Complemar’s Creative Services division and product/service offerings. Prior to joining Complemar, Tim owned a Creative Services company for 15 years called Leveractive. He also created and brought to market a successful children’s consumer product line, which was sold in major retail across the U.S. and licensed and distributed into 20+ countries. His branding efforts for the product line resulted in a nationally recognized children’s software brand. His career began in the 90’s as a graphic designer in the advertising world, where he moved up through Art Director and Creative Director positions prior to moving out on his own and starting a creative services company.
Jeffrey Cagwin is the Director of IT here at Complemar. Jeff has over 28 years of IT knowledge and skills as well as 12 years of management experience. Jeff joined the company on March 27, 2013 from SofTrek Corporation in Buffalo, NY where he was IT Manager. Previous to that he was employed by EarthLink where he was Director of Enterprise Hosting.
Robert Ramos serves as Director of Operations for the Complemar West located in Sparks, Nevada. Prior to joining Complemar, he served at Vice President of Manufacturing for 10 years at Britevision Media in Reno, Nevada. Previously he worked as a Production Planner and Estimator at Kramer Carton Company in Sacramento, California. Robert attended San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California where he studied Business, Marketing and Advertising.
Bill Bosy serves as Controller for Complemar Partners, Inc. Prior to joining Complemar, he served as Senior Financial Analyst for The Gleason Works in Rochester, NY. Previously he worked as Controller for Northern Air Systems and Photikon. He received a BS in Accounting from Fordham University.
Raghava Gujja joined Complemar in the October of 2015 as the Manager of Operations & Continuous Improvement. Raghava’s primary responsibility is to manage Rochester Operations and implement Lean- Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency & Productivity. Prior to joining Complemar, Raghava served as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer of Getinge USA and before that worked for Bausch & Lomb and Chicago Tribune Media Group. Raghava holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India.
